Need a doctors certificate even if you go home sick.

Really?
Even at NAB, we don't need that.
We don't even need a doc certificate, unless its a Friday, a Monday, or a day before or after a public holiday.
Just so you know, while it is a DICK MOVE, it is within the rights of the employer to demand a certificate for paid time off due to illness under 2 days. Over that you need a full blown medical (if asked for).
I'd never do it, but in the grand scheme of things, employees still steer the boat.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Totally agree, this is all Julia's fault (anyone who doesn't know, Julia WROTE FairWorkAustralia before she was PM, so it actually IS HER FAULT, not just me being a ranga basher) - we used to be able to sit down like adults and make agreements based on different people's situations. My head distiller came in today, he has a med.cert until June 22nd..... said he's bored at home and wants to work - because he has a full blown med.cert we need to figure out how to pay him because we're not allowed to under law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
