Ahhhh... past midnight, still at work... but hopefully shouldn't be much longer... under and hour and should be out of here... then home by 2... up at 6 and back at work by 8...

Because he is a solid, reliable and honest worker whom occasionally slips away for an extra pint and a long lunch with a mate without repercussion. There's a respect level drawn, outlined and unspokenly realised in a bonded relationship between employee and employer. Because the constraints of gridded unmalleable working parameters are unrealistic in his line of work, and as a man of character, integrity and rarely found workplace valour - he has pride in the finished product. Not just the day to day.

Umm in a row? I've been here since 8.30 this morning, so its been 16 hours so far... I had a lunch break for an hour at 12pm, and thats it... and yeah, on salary... LOL! Oh well

Yeah, the maybe does suck, but nothing I can do... its a big software release we are doing, and it had to be done after hours... so there are 4 of us here in the office doing it... has to be done...

Haha... very well said Nik... and yes... They don't complain when I take a few extra minutes for lunch from time to time... and that Little Creatures beer was pretty good... Brett knows what he is doing.. LOL!
