Personally, I would change both front struts if you are doing one.. May not be neccesary, but that is what my preference would be.
As for where to get them, depends on what struts you want mate, I don't know what brand people are happy with in the imprezas... They are kyb stock arent they?
Maybe ask the place that did the wheel alignment what they reccomend and get a price (if you are not doing it yourself).
