I find it easier to not drink than to control it. Just personally...

 

If I have no beers I can usually find something to distract me and not think about it... but if I have one beer I can't just have one more.

Its just self control. I must admit i have found it easier to do as ive gotten older and having a family to look after helps. Hangovers just arent an option these days.
