Hahaha Nah mate I am genuinely pretty happy with my life! I am usually very happy, feel good about shit, I can only drink when I am happy.

So all sweet My only regret is not having saved a lot more cash and be in my own house by now, but yeah that will happen down the track so I am not stressing too much

Own house is nice... but man... the commitment has to be there... and no spending on crazy things while paying off the house...

 

Sydney house prices are insane... like Shaz said, the coast is much better and nicer... but thats not your thing hey?

A good mate if mine is in executive recruitment for the mining industry. He has a bit to do with twiggy, Gina and the other hole diggers. He reckons she's pretty awful. But he does appreciate what she's done. She always looks fucking miserable to me. Plus her kids want to sue her, which is pretty clear sign that shits gone wrong somewhere.

I bought my house far out west for a good price... can sell it for about $40k more than I paid for it only after 2 years... but will have to find somewhere else to buy before I can do that... and if I could work outside of Sydney, I would...

Thanks for that... yeah I'm looking for quality of life, so decent house, maybe about 30min to the CBD for work, and not as mental as sydney... which is why I thought of Brisbane... still have to do more research, but the more I wait, the higher the house prices go..
