jeebus gary.  why not just order a hot chocolate?  you're clearly not enjoying the coffee flavour if your chucking 3 spoons of sugar in it.  Im with Ash, if a coffee is well made, there is no need to balance the bitterness with sugar.  

 

I don't go to gourmet coffee places much, otherwise I wouldn't bother with the sugar. But I just have a sweet tooth in general.
