Apparently when the Russian comes over for coffee and leaves after, they give each other a kiss on a cheek, like chicks do.. anyway, one day they were saying bye outside the house and some dude drove past and yelled out to them to kiss again... LOL!

forking shrink suggested I give out a 'negative vibe', which is why I end up in basic everyday situations blowing up in my face on the regular...So I over-reacted and chose to push that point...proving her pretty much right

This was right at the end of my session which ended up with her saying "well, that wasn't very positive, see you next week". I left the place feeling like shit and was planning on just cancelling next week's visit and continue banging my head against the wall for the rest of my days.

I have since re-thought that whole idea.

i havent found you to be a negative person at all Pete.  Not just blowing sunshine up your arse here either.  You genuinely have some very good things to say.

I personally think most people these days think negatively more than they should.  But how can we not?  Look at the world we live in these days.  You'd have to be numb (or permanently stoned) to not be affected negatively by some of the shit that is thrust in our faces these days.

I think that by your seeking help, and just admitting that you perhaps cant do it all by yourself, youre well on your way to making life easier on yourself.

Im not the most positive person in the world.  In fact id go as far as to say I am a pesimist(sp?).   I generally think the worst, rather than seeing the positives.  Im incredibly hard on myself, and I always place massive expectations of success on myself.  Its a double edged sword really.  A lot of the time it helps me achieve what i want , but when that isnt possible, it brings me right down.

The best advice I can give is be balls out honest with yourself.

This would probably tip me over the edge I reckon.  Just imagine that atleast 20% of those cars, has a dumbfuck inconsiderate, constant lane changing, sit up your arse, pay no attention driver at the wheel.  20% of that is just way too many dickheads in the vacinity for my liking.
