One of the knobs fell off my BBQ. I think I need a new BBQ

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

You should see our BBQ... It's pretty embarrassing; completely wog-spec. It'll stay that way until our BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area is done.

Mine isn't hooded, and is missing a shelf. Lol.

I'm gonna make a new stand for it though :)

No Nissan/merc in the v8s yet?

I will get you a pic soon. They're piss easy to make to be honest. It's coal. It's literally one of those cut in half on the ground... Nothing more, nothing less. Start off with wood, add heat beads if necessary and you're off. The steel keeps everything really hot, and the front semi-circle is cut to allow for access underneath the made up grill and for the fire to breath.

Pretty cool set up if you want something that's cheap yet effective.

Ha ha, tell me about it. My grandparents have one, and a few of my aunts and uncles down in the gong have one too. Fire it up for the snags you bought today. Show Rach your awesome BBQ'ing skills. She will be turned on. Have sex. Sleep.

Nice.

I'm pretty sure I posted the set up on the BBQ thread when I showed everyone my Portuguese BBQ chicken... I can't seem to find the BBQ thread any more...

Found it.

But it's not the right BBQ. This was our set up for a little while though:

I don't doubt it! I cook similar to that when I go camping.

I should get off the couch!

Such a nice mix of wind and heat outside.
