Next burger recipe for me is venison with a gin mustard juniper sauce, sweet rocket on brioche *MDSC buns. 

 

Not sure what cheese would go with Venison though? thinking maybe white cheddar? 

 

Got invited 'round for dinner somewhere and I said I'd cook, so probably Sunday I will know more.

 

But yes. Yes you should definitely come and spend a week in the kitchen with me making up crazy burgers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I have access to everything we need. Custom buns, etc. 


Oh and sauteed onion/capsicum in jarrah honey.

I want to re try my Mexican burger. It worked. Buns didn't. I think it would be a hit!

Never had venison. Can't help

Havent heard much yet. But if the pub went up a fair few houses would have as well. That whole area is still cut off. And to think we were fishing In the area when the fire started. We saw the smoke when we were walking back to the car along a 2-3km bush track. but fortunatly the fire was still a few kms away at that point.

I want you to retry the mexican burger as well. I think you should use a corn bread so it has a taco feel to it.
