i see boobs of all shapes and sizes... almost daily... and some of the fakeones, done well are almost impossible to tell... even by feel...

when done by a good, and i mean really good surgeon, they cut along the areola, and leave a scar sooo fine, that you cant even tell unless you know.. and its all about proportion....
