Lol. Mad Mike and the Japanese dude were on the podium and they just ran rings around each other. Lots of smoke for like 10 minutes..

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

This is awesome! After everyone left, they're still going. With Slide Patrol at the end chasing them with lights and sirens going!

Finding it harder and harder to interact socially with people these.

I would argue that fact.


Interesting topic of discussion that beer nerds may be able to answer.

 

I've never been able to enjoy canned beer. Is there something that changes the flavour, is it a mental thing???

 

I've never had a good quality beer in a can though!

 

Canned beer will stay fresher for longer, but, the idea of craft beer in a can is for it to be poured into a glass. Glass bottles don't give hops good longevity, darker bottles help, but the reality is the UV will convert the oil/resins.

 

Canned beer won't 'taste' as 'good' (but I would bet it actually would from a glass) because you are putting your nose straight up against the top of the can, even though a bottle doesn't allow you to smell the whole beer, one would argue the open air is better than sniffing a tin lid.

 

As for anything leaching out of the aluminium, that's not true. The only time people find off flavours and speak of the can being 'bad' is when there is something on the OUTSIDE of the can they are drinking from. Animal piss/dirt etc.

Canning is huge in the craft industry in America. HUGE. Mainly because of cost, and they fact the LOVE big hopbombs.
