Yep, kept it pretty simpleish..

Roll was awesome, toasted in bacon fat.

Tomitillo Salsa Verde on the base
Meat was beef - cheese in the center like the Juicy Lucy and seasoned plus some paprika
I roasted some fresh capsicum
Attempt at a bacon weave - Bacon come out tasting awesome as! but structure was meh.
top bun I coated with a chilli sauce I made a few months back - Mexican/Aztec influence flavour.
