I have a full birth certificate.
 
Its my mums ID which is the problem.

Sorry, my bad wording, I was meaning the birth certificate that you require (whether it be your Mum or Dads) get the forms together and have them apply for the full birth certificate and win.

Perthites....... Work mates niece has a 2006 WRX and the thing has munched an engine, she got quoted $13K by one place to fix it (I don't know if that is rebuilding current engine or exchange - but either way that price is so far fetched I want to stab a kitten).

Need to know some decent places over there that she can get some quotes from.
