Yep.
Applied for a loan on Wednesday.
Finalised paperwork and got sent off today.
By this time next week we'll have pre-approval.
So we can pretty much start making offers meow.
Do want this.
737m2, 1 garage, tandem carport, 3 bed, 1 bath, brick, batalax driveway (nice and private), quiet culdesac, nice neighbourhood, etc and our mortgage approval is $45,000 greater than the asking price. WE HAVE ROOM TO MOVE BABAY.

Morgan, if you want a better deal mate, let me know.
I'll beat whatever rate you've got.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

AMS, I've already proved I can save you cash, and yet you still pay your current bank more money due to your laziness.

Haha... thanks man... LOL!
I should get a valuation on my house and see how much it will cost to switch loans... bankwest is ok... but still rate could be a little better..

$50k on a variable rate which I can redraw on.
+ remainder on a 4.79 fixed for 3 years.
Good stuff Morg... looks nice... sounds good... just be careful... pre-approval is a but funny sometimes... it isn't as much as they can it is usually...
It's all pretty good.
I'll be approved for $369k which includes an estimate of $14k for legals and SD. I can go higher if we save more between now and when we purchase.
Can obviously go lower if we spend less on the haus.
Pretty excited.

Yeah this is awesome.
There aren't many blocks that big around here in our price range.
Most are between 500-800m2

Mine is only like 470m2 I think...
God stuff Morgs... should be alright then... just hope nobody else makes an offer..
With the place I bought, it was about 30k higher, someone took it off the market and couldn't get their finances together so it fell through, then the price dropped, we made an offer and it was accepted... we were happy with it because newly built house, exactly what Megan wanted...
