Morgan, on those figures I can do 4.59% fixed 3 years and 4.88% on the variable $50k


 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

As much as I'd love a 1964 EH Holden wagon/1971 Mini Cooper S to work on, it's in our best interest to use the money to either pay extra off the mortgage or renovate.


Also Sackage, I'm 99% your single income is more than our double income.

That is true too.. smart man... Geez... I was going to say I wish I was as logical are you are when I was your age, but yeah... I kinda did the same thing... bought property, investment, saved, didn't go crazy on anything...

 

I'm still hoping to pay off my house completely before I turn 40... so 10 years
