I've never taken a 'sickie' in my life!

And look where that's got you...$4k worth of sick leave.

Work won't care, you're not a "bad employee" for taking a sicky as long as you know your job is covered by someone else. (hi nik!)

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Shouldn't really be thinking of Sick leave as money owed.

I think of them as sick days.

Headaches, tiredness, generally feeling like not going to work, all count as sick.

Fuck having the bragging rights to not ever chucking a sickie!

I'm going to go to one of my local gaming stores and cancel my 2nd ps4 pre-order because ebgames have guaranteed me one for launch and the other store can't.

The guy who owns it is the biggest jerky mcjerk so I'm sure he will have a rant about something.

I hate going in there but its an awesome store because of all the pop culture shit they sell. Plus its one of the only independent game stores still in business.

I'm cancelling because he can't get me one for launch and ebgames can.

Shouldn't really be thinking of Sick leave as money owed.

I agree. Just happened to calculate my SL in $$ amounts and it's $4k worth. Would be sweet if it got paid out but meh.

I'd feel bad for being healthy at home.

Things would just pile up until I came back into the office.

Plus, I'd end up just vacuuming/washing up/cleaning stuff at home anyway.
