I.e. I was sexually assaulted as a 7 year old, by a friends older brother when I stayed over the night. That shit changed me, in a fundamental way, but having worked through this now, I can move forward finally and be 'all that I can be' for the first time in my life :)

Somebody say Brisket?

 

This was the best I've had...From their own beast.

Lyn dry spice rubbed the quartered whole brisket overnight, then seared it, and threw it in a covered oven dish with braising veggies and covered it with stock...3 hours at 150, then she cranked it up, lid open for another hour, turned the heat off, lid back on and cool in the oven. 

 This is what it looked like.
