Earlier in the year I came home from work only to get a knock at the door from a concerned friend of my neighbour (he's 83-84), Friend says he hasn't heard from him for a couple of days, which is unusual considering they usually chat daily. I grab the spare keys to his house, we go inside, dog barking like mad, cat bouncing around the house, friend calls out several times, turns out he fell in the shower 

and had been there for nearly 24 hours, freezing cold with water still coming from the tap.

Got him as comfortable as we could, called an ambulance, and stayed and help the ambos with moving and lifting him down the stairs. He still managed to have a sense of humour and trying to chat up the female ambos, it was pretty funny.

He had several slipped discs, severe bruising, dislocated shoulder, the works.

Sometimes I wish they didn't, only reason I am with Telstra is for phone coverage both 3g and 4g, had Optus and it was woeful.

Honestly I reckon that places like JB and HN would just give up on doing phone contracts. Just let the actual Optus and Telstra stores deal with that crap.
