Hey Shaz, have you still got vinyl wrap? I want to wrap the roof and bonnet of the tomato, so i can practice for wrapping the roof of the Focus.
The Clear coat on the roof of the Focus is failing. Im thinking some carbon wrap to hide it.

Im a +1 against it.

I reckon old mate has bought it realised the rust repairs that will be needed and decided to fuck it odd

Unless you wanna spend another 5-10k on rust repairs alone. The only way to fix that properly is to get it blasted back to bare metal and go from there.

I reckon the whole boot floor will need to be replaced. Looks like its gotten wet and water has sat in the carpet for a while.

Pretty good chance thats happened to the inner of the front fire wall and front floor pans.

Its a pretty bad bubble on the door. I'd be 20psi surprised if there wasnt a few more bubbles like that around the car.

My tonner didnt have any bubbles anywhere near being that bad.

As Markymark mentioned, these rust like no tomorrow. The panel rust can be fixed as with any car but these things rust/crack in the chassis rail where the steering box mounts. If you are checking ANY Valiant, this is the first place to go. Only the super clean original cars seem to have small issues in this area.

Will definitely check it over thoroughly. I was speaking to Iain about it before and he said the same thing., check the steering box
