Adam, my mate worked for AutoOne in town, they recently got bought out by REPCO, he lasted six days then quit. Said middle management is absolutely impossible (he was store manager).
Not that you care, just I was having the conversation yesterday afternoon, so it's fresh in my mind.

Hopefully as a casual floor worker I don't have to worry about that shit!
Definitely going to give a proper crack at a couple of night shift jobs I found. Should be able to clear at least 60k as a low level employee. Be good to get my foot in the door at boral, and in a quarry!
I'm really craving a cheeseburger again today, like a HJs/BBQ Pit/American diner style cheese burger.
