Made the mixture, from research it is best left for 24 hours before use. Will let you know in the morning! Might do some with ham and cheese
Definitely doing some chicken Swiss and asparagus ones

Defs best to leave crepe batter overnight...add a little more water (from your overflowing gutters) if t's thickened up too much whilst standing :)

 

Couldn't find Crispin or Etiele, so settled for a coke.
