Pete, thanks mate. Thats an awesome page.
There just seems to be something liberating about cleaning out a garage until its schmick, clean and organised, and THEN working on your car.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Yeah PBR, dog and fries for 25 bone. The PBR was alright, better than budweiser.

Don't know what you're on about?

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

All this Pulled Pork and smoked meat carry on (plus the fact that it's drizzling/trying to rain) got me off my arse to the local butcher...this guy only sells local farm stuff from a variety of growers. Grabbed a bone in Pork Leg and 2 amazing looking (so plump) Pork trotters and some Bones for Elvis...only $30. I'll be braising the Leg for eva and gonna have a crack at Japanese Ramen with one of the trotters.
I'm shooting for this sort of clarity with the Ramen...
