Everyone handles shit differently. I have to stay busy otherwise I down spiral. But have to stay busy with mad small tasks, because if I set myself something big to do when feeling down, I will fail, and then want to stab again.

I downloaded this thing on my phone called Pocketbook that is supposed to track your spending and income and tell you what is safe to spend for the week etc......
This thing is batt shit crazy farken, it is telling me a stupid figure to safely spend a week and then it just popped up with "Safely Spend $752.10 in the next three days".... is this thing farking challenging me?? hahahaha what the
