I got my L's in a Mitsu Starwagon with a 2.6 conversion/headers/2 inch zorst...did mad skids, with 8 kents in it, was the best stoner/hoon mobile ever. Big sunroofs to hang out of, flip out table in the back to chop on...it had the works.

Yeah I guess you are right there... but when win7 came out, I was one of those people who said XP who? Guess I need more exposure to win8... but playing in servers and win7 at work... and no move to win8 in the near future... because like you said, the improvements aren't significant enough.. I guess it was more of an OS to link the mobile devices to the desktop in a way...

 

I also like Vista when it came out. Scary huh.

 

It's made for absolute beginners, so....I might have some bad news for you.

It being shit and you not understanding how to use it are two different things.

 

That's the problem with it. They made an OS that was designed as a one size fits all and it just doesn't work on a desktop which is where most of their users are. When you make a product that scares off long time users then you have done something wrong.

 

It took 2 people about 15 mins of trying to sort out a simple issues of uninstalling office/installing a new version before they came to me for help. Normally that takes about 2 seconds on Win 7 to do. It took me a good 5 mins to get it all sorted out.

 

It's just bad design
