S5 will be ok... they say it'll have a curved/flexi body, which will be strange I think... and it'll still be first gen of that type of body, so might be buggy...

Apparently the S5 is an interim phone. Samsung is releasing the S6 or whatever next year which will have a 4k screen and 64bit architecture. Rumours are it'll be a fucking beast.

Nexus 5 and SG4 is same price on Telstra.

I have played with both, and still stand by the Nexus5. 

AMS has a Galaxy and my Nexus was delivered to him, he was impressed. 

 

You are better off buying it outright though. Otherwise you may as well get the Galaxy?

Also, I thought telstras plans would get better in value over the years. They are getting worse. Wtf.

Tried to take photos. Found some good spots. Started raining everytime we got the camera out.

 

I would have went with it. Not many people take pics in the rain, it would have stood out.

Honestly, if you keep waiting something else will always be around the corner.

 

It's not as if Google will stop updating the phone with software updates when a new model comes out.

Word of advice, don't buy a phone outright from a provider.
