The very early days when I had the Forester, it was interesting because it was JDM (I had no idea that made it 'cooler') - and there were amazing cars around, then the fuzz started shutting down all the meet places, then the cruises turned to what you said, chopped springs and single pegger VR commodores ruining the earth.

1.2 g/L Challenger (6.1% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)

0.6 g/L Hallertau Tradition (5.7% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

 

 

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

 

Fermented at 18°C with US-05

GTRydaz was Forester's ONLY. But I mean the big meets like what you're going to. Gave them a pass pretty quickly.
