Passport, Birth Certificate, ATO notice, Rates Notice, Abstudy Literature, 


 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

So, it annoys me that we, and most businesses open on Anzac day,a day to recognise and remember those that lost their lives in wars that affected 100s of millions of people around the world, yet the 2 days a year that we close are good friday and christmas day, both are which are religious holidays.

 

Personally, I would rather work on those 2 days as they hold no significance to me whatsoever, and not work on Anzac day so  I can head into the shrine and pay my respects to something that actually happened.

To add to that, in the past when the shops have opened on Anzac day, they have opened from 1pm until 5pm, even on days where late night trading is applicable. This year, open from 1pm until 9pm. I voiced my opinion, got no where, might call in sick.
