Silly Josh, if you knew exactly what I did and how, you'd know how I could GT and work at the same time.

You do computers. I know exactly what you do.

So, I don't see why you have issues getting on GT.

Yeah Zac. Ha ha. As we've always said, if you don't like being in a job, get a new one.

As always Gaz, easier said than done.

I'm going to stick it out here for a while, then jump

What are you going to jump off Zac?

I would suggest that you don't jump off things as you can seriously hurt yourself or even die.

Do you really want to die Zac? imagine all the shit you miss when you are dead. Never see your family again - not that you would really have conscious thought to miss them.... because dead, but would still suck.

HAHA!

I do computers. Lol!

Well I write a bunch of code, which is when I'm busy, then I run it, and while it is running, I GT, and when tests fail, I code a little more, then run tests again. Each time a test fails and I code a little more, I get a little more time on GT, waiting for the test to pass/fail

Ha ha, it's true man. It's about the attitude you have. Soak up what you do in this job and go there with a positive mind. You'll come out on top no matter how bad you think it is.

I know you're older than me and stuff, but in all of my experiences and things I've done in my life, I don't regret a lot if anything at all. I didn't go to uni, I haven't got a degree of any kind, etc. Yet I am making more money than friends who have gone into uni for years and I work for the council! And I'm happy.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that you should try and concentrate more on the positives of your job over the negatives, no matter how much more negative it seems to be. Take the good with the bad and don't complain about doing petty or shitty jobs. At the end of the day people won't forget you and you will be on top.

That is what I said.

I was quoting you and lacing it with sarcasm

Ha! Nice one Gaz, trying not to complain, I'm looking for the positives, and other than the pay, I can't see anything else here, but anyway, I'll see if I can change some things around when I talk to some bosses, because I don't like how things are done here, it isn't right at all, which is why I don't like this place too much

Whoever mentioned that lunar eclipse thing earlier - looks like you won't be seeing it.

Heavy rain is supposed to be moving over Sydney for the afternoon/evening. Just in time to block it all out.

Ah bugger. Was looking forward to seeing that.

If you search "Walts Subyclub" in Google images you get some funny results.

Good afternoon Walts.

Changing your avatar?

Goodbye Walts.

Ah bugger. Was looking forward to seeing that.

You'll be able to see it again later this year on the 8th of October man. From the article:

Tuesday night’s eclipse will be the first in a tetrad, or series of four. Subsequent eclipses will occur on October 8 this year and April 8 and September 28 next year.
