Yeah $1500 a month is less than what I was paying for the last year on my own, easily manageable.

Yeah I agree, that is quite easily manageable per month, but damn, that is close to being my monthly mortgage for my house (in the riff, so that explains it)

All good, we do have a back up place that we liked, but hadn't applied for because others were better, but this other place is nice too. 

 

Very castle like. And double garage + shed
