Ha ha, fair enough man. I don't hate cats, but feral ones are a pest in Australia.

Domestic cats that are let outside do just as much damage as feral ones

True, but there are many animals that are considered pests that do just as much damage. I guess I'm just saying that I like both cats and dogs equally. :P

+1 but I don't like cats, their personalities (catonalities?)

The area I'm working in, there are sooooo many wombats.
Must be a lot of wombat proof vehicles driving about because I've only seen one bumper on the side of the road.

I don't think you will find any animal that does as much damage as cats.

Arguable, although I don't know the details or how much of an impact they have. The pests and feral animals I do know about include cane toads, rabbits, foxes, camels, deer, goats, horses, pigs and buffalo. Each have a negative impact in various areas but I don't think cats make up the highest percentage of damage to Australia.

Apparently Tas has foxes...
We have people who dang around our rural areas (farms) on their buggies and set traps and do surveillance.

THEY ARE ALL LOOPY MOFOS WHO NEED TO GET A REAL JOB.
The last fox sighting reported to them (in our area) was from a tourist, who had seen something run across the road after dinner (obviously at night and probably after a few wines)

WHAT. THA. FORK.

After a quick google

I've seen a few foxes in my area too, and I live about 5-10 minutes drive from the city.

If they wanted money over the public holiday they should've withdrawn it on Friday. That's logical though.

Not really.
