A massive part of the RRP of a new car is government taxes, interesting to see how much saving is passed onto the consumer, I suspect very little.

 

Atleast now Holden is shut down there's no risk of the Govt over taxing foreign cars to extend the life of a useless lazy 'home grown' brand that imports 70% of it's cars anyway.

$3K on a new vehicle is a fair bit.

I was kinda thinking WRX is about 40k, so it'd be like 2.3k ? and like I said cheaper is cheaper no questions or objections there.

Suffice to say I'm going to start learning Russian. Not because I think they'll invade, but because it'll be a crucial world language in the next few decades.
