I hate the cubts (IS fucks) - But I totally agree with what you have pointed out Niko - regardless of what race/religion they are, they would have joined some form of fucked up group.
Need to address the root cause of it all, stop them feeling the need to join fucked up causes.

You'd be surprised at studies that show that most people say they would help, but in the event of it actually happening, will walk past.

I doubt you are Gaz, but like I said, there's a massive gulf between those who say,or believe they would help, and those that actually do. It's a built in mentality, if everyone else is walking past a problem, we are compelled to as well, it takes a strong effort to break from the accepted norm at that time and actually do something.

I don't doubt you at all, and I have been in situations where I do help and everyone is just stopped and staring, or continue walking by on their 'busy' schedules. It's actually quite sad. I don't do it to be noticed or looked up to, but I do it because I feel that that is the right thing to do. I'd want help if I fell or looked to have hurt myself.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money.
