95% of them do nothing in the gym. They shouldn't be allowed in if they are not there to use the facility. End of story.

They do stuff, but really slowly, and not much weight.

I don't get it, they could do with some motivation. In 30 mins I can complete my entire workout if machines/benches are free, but some of these guys will be lucky to finish one exercise in that time. It's not like they don't see the people around them moving with more purpose.... ah well, in 1-2 years when they still haven't seen any gains they might change up their attitude.
