So if they are illegal and they are shit, why would you not bin them instead of on selling them to someone who probably doesn't know what to expect who will then also be stuck with dud globes?
Some people actually like the white look.
A lot of stuff people sell wouldn't go to well if a cop had a look under a bonnet. Honestly I'm pretty damn close to offering them for free or throwing them out.

There is a point that when the light gets to "white" the headlights start to get worse.
5000k is the whitest I believe. That's what I have in mine and I likey.
