Just got back from the interview; and it was ten times better than the one I did on Tuesday! I've really got a good feeling but no holding my breath. I've just been asked by the recruiter of the first application I did to provide her with two referees and then she can send me the contract.

 

The stars have finally aligned! And if I get both jobs offered to me where I'd have to decide, well, not only would it be a first for me but it does give my career prospects a massive boost!

 

Or like the time it takes to read one of Gary's posts.

I think I might get a new job next month, which sort of sucks because I'll have to go back to paying tax.

I paint the lines on roads Gaz, my mate drives the ute, and I hang out the back with a paint brush. Unbroken lines are easy, but it's sucks having to do the broken lines, have to count 2 seconds between each one. I'm looking at a promotion to do pedestrian crossings, the painting is more but the money is better.

Haha, that happened to me Gaz. I speak from experience. Sucked, because was an AWESOME job with the best perks I've ever heard of, up there with Google I'd say.

 

 

By the way, I applied for that string stapling job at Dilmah's, but I wasn't successful.

That sucks though man! I'd be buying an automatic weapon to pulverise whoever was involved should a situation like that pop up for me. IS much? But in all seriousness, one offer of employment pending the email containing the contract and really good vibes from the other job I was interviewed for today is really making me happy. I just hope the interview from today can hurry in their job offer so I can break things down and make the best decision. One is for North Sydney and today's interview was for Kogarah (and/or the entire Hurstville area which I am told runs from Rockdale to Cronulla and Engadine).
