Sorry I missed this.

The car is running fine from what we can tell and is stock tuned to my knowledge. VOD varies, sometimes I don't notice it, sometimes (if I'm not generous with the throttle) it can take a moment. He said its rattling at idle. But when he went to demonstrate, it would only chatter off throttle when I revved it (just using my finger on the throttle). I'd be interested to know how if you have a moment. It looks like a prick to get to hidden away under the vac lines lol.

It's a tight squeeze with the factory heat shields but totally doable.

Adjusting the ECV is probably the most you can change how the car drives, with your own 2 hands and without spending a cent.

I do it to tune out VOD completely. You can bias the car to primary turbo or secondary, whatever you prefer, by little amounts, or a lot .

I started a thread for it anyway, it might be helpful if anything comes up for others. I am tempted to do the steering rack bushes myself too if its not too difficult. (whiteline steering rack bushes?)

Good on ya, well done prick!

I haven't started my new job yet. Jess had an operation on Monday so after walking into RPA at 7:30 am, we only left at 8:30 pm. Longest damn day ever. Reception on my phone was shit house so I had to make do with watching Deal or No Deal, The Chase and all those other boring as fork shows. Spent today taking care of her as well as trimming, chopping and mulching two large trees she has at the front of her house. I was pretty busy on Saturday and Sunday too so haven't really had a chance to sit down and read up on the forum until now.

At least I get an awesome sleep in tomorrow. I start my new job this coming Monday where I've got training for five weeks as Zac mentioned. My job at Council finished last Friday so the remainder of this week will be spent doing fork all.

He has been quiet for a bit hey? Don't know when he starts his new job, and he has 5 weeks of training, but yeah, he should be busy with that.

Wonder what'll happen to the GT then

13th of July and I'll be doing five weeks training on Clarence Street before starting in the branch. I'll still be around, don't worry.
