Haha, I was waiting for it. Thanks mate. It's a good move forward both in salary, career and sets me up basically. Really good vibes from the people I did the interview with and I'll be dealing with Toyota, Volkswagen, Kia and Suzuki. Spewing that Subaru isn't in the mix but you can't get everything I guess.

Plus, I get a company car straight away too.

What happened to the forums yesterday? I went to have a browse and it wouldn't load.

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.

MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

I haven't even washed my car for a month. This weekend has forecasted storms, one outside atm.

I've been helping my father repair the deck at his place, the idiot that built it prior only used about 50% treated timber..

I'm also trying to build a house. Bank has their finger up their arse. Finance deadline is 5pm today.

EDIT: Literally was typing up this and our broker calls and tells me we have approval.

How did your finance go mate? Come through eventually?

First time I've had both days of the weekend off work so I'm going to be taking advantage of it. Morning walk tomorrow morning probably in Watsons Bay, then travelling to Wollongong to see my cousin's baby (born yesterday) and got some free tickets to the Roosters game tomorrow so am definitely taking advantage of that. Sunday morning will be spent helping a mate move dirt around his place and then probably chilling out for the rest of the day.

Good weekend plans in place.
