Lance, what's with the disco spud turbo? I thought it was running a 35R or something of similar size. That's somewhere south of 240ATW with that turbo methinks. However, it appears that you have everything else in place to support a much bigger turbo. What turbo was Dan using before his 3rd rebuild? I know he had a lot of bad luck with that car.

Alex, You have random posts...

Not sure where you got the 35R idea from frank. You may be thining about Darrens Black B4

Same Turbo the whole time,

Only change was with this build (2.5) a bigger rear housing was used. The front compressor cover is HUGE, and bigger than any other GT28 i have seen before.

The current setup is a Torque Monster, So i dont really care about the MAX kw's reading. Every part works in conjunction with other to create a very responsible ride.

Id love to put a GT35R wheel in the rear, Race fuel, 30PSI and get a pretty reading on a sheet that would look good on rexnet. But Im pleased where the ar is right now

Sorry Lance, my mistake. I honestly thought it had a bigger turbo.
That said, what a great street package. Plenty of torque and great spool. Similar to my old B4(now Rhys's car).
You could bolt a GT3082r straight up to it without much loss in spool and have an animal, but then does anyone really need anything more powerful than what you have now? I don't think so.
Plenty of chopping Lance?????????????

Good to see this car progressing very nicely along. Those Brembo's will certainly make a difference on the track.

Yeah the brakes feel very strong, Im not sure what pads are in the front as i just used the 2nd handies that came with the package. Next year when its time for new ones, ill proberly look at the ferodo DS2500's, Or see what i have lying around at work. I will also get them sand blasted and powder coated too, to make everything look schmick! A charcoal colour would be nice.

Dont use X3E motorsport pads (or whatever they are called). i had these with the brand new rotors that i put on the back when i did the brembo conversion.. They have really scored the rotors and really need to be Machined, and are only 2 weeks old (2000km's) So not happy jan! SO im thinking of putting some QFM Super X's in the rear, or Bendix ones.
