Ive gotten $1.80 out of my 2.5

Yeah I've gotten close to that as well with my 4-speed 2.5L.

Hi,
Thanks for ya help. I knew it was more of a cruiser. I was just wondering. Set up for cruising but still capable of a bit of fun.
This probs a silly question but is it P-plate friendly?
Cheers

no it isn't. don't bother.

Actually even the EZ30R IS P-plate legal. Probably one of the fastest P-plate cars you could legally drive. Whether or not its "P-plate friendly" in terms of insuring it and putting petrol in it is another story...

Thats what I thought. If the Suby wasn't then the VE SV6 wouldn't be. But it is. Just.

EJ255 :D Higher compression but fugg all boost. they only run around 11psi in the fozza

My mistake.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

My stock 3.0 ran 129.8kw ATW on a reliable (read not tuners) dyno, put an exhaust on that is too big and you lose torque, I know I tried it....best option is cat back, 3" from the cat to the split, the 2.5" from the split to the mufflers, very happy with the sound from mine, and BTW, leave the standard centre muffler in, it really does help torque and sound quality IMHO, I have run with and without, definitely better with. Also IMHO from the research I have done so far I believe that twin scroll single turbo is the best option, however I am seriously looking down the supercharger route as there is no stuffing around with exhausts and manifolds.....and you really can't run more than 7psi safely on stock internals anyway and the supercharger will deliver that nicely. Simple ECU tune to put a bit more fuel in seems to work sell also, the engines are tuned very lean, unusual for Subaru, but shows in consumption figures, I regularly see 9.6L/100, not bad for a 6 cylinder, even with a bit more fuel being tossed in. My pretzel does $2.10 ;)

I remeber a thread on ozlib, some dude said he had 150kw@w from his na H6, with a few mods, not sure If theirs much of a torque difference, but that seems pretty on par with figures I've seen from stock ej20Ts
