cheers guys. if i've learnt anything it's not to get to excited but it actually feels like it's very close now. i just need to make the time to keep at it!

Mark projectors are out and in safe storage at work. didn't want to risk damaging them as they're mint! Also got the ganadors to put back on and genuine JDM boot lid (got some eyelids but not convinced they're really the look i'm going for?)

Finally got going mate.
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

but yeah really...

We had some problems with the throttle body I had so I got another one off whitekong that we modded without checking and found that it was wrong as well. I’m now sourced the right one that I need and Chris has modified it for me so that’s ready to put back on. A few weeks ago a was really motivated to get it going but after a few little setbacks I’m over it again. I’ve been busy with work and had an internal flooding disaster at home so have been a bit preoccupied with other stuff the last few weeks. I do appreciate the kick in the butt though morgan, I’ll try and get back into it this weekend!

Yeah it wasn’t great. my water heater ruptured in the night and flooded my place and the two units below mine. i had to replace the heater obviously and fix a bit of the plumbing but now I need to deal with my neighbors which is going to be a hassle. The thing I’m most annoyed about are the floor boards which have swollen and now it’s like a choppy ocean in the living room with one MASSIVE speed hump running the length of my place. From the look of it, I think it’s going to be a pull up and re-lay job :(

Did you have home contents insurance Aek? That will fix all of that up, plus your neighbours.

yeah that was the mod. i always thought most of the subaru throttle bodies were pretty similar but that one i got from you was a totally different lay out went compared to the one i needed. tps and iavc were positioned differently and throttle cable was on the opposite side which was as a surprise when i went to put it on! i actually found one in my boxes of crap at work which was lucky
