I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Hey guys, cheers for all the help hey.

Day went good, started off like this.

Posted Image

And ended up something like this.

Posted Image

Only thing left to do now is pretty much the loom, cooler, exhaust and fluids. Going in early tomoz to rip everything apart and start doing it.

Also i need 2 things if anyone has it locally.

- A turbo liberty or wrx radiator (One that doesnt have a radiator cap and has a coolant return nipple to the radiator.
- An accelerator cable that will fit. The Gen 3 Heritage one is too short, between the clip on the engine, and the throttle body.

If local, i can organise collection tomorrow.

Cheers,
Shazza

Yeah, I was actually gunna give you a buzz nick, I remember you saying you needed one.
If this other one fits, you can have my old one for $50. Just needs a good clean out.

Cheers,
Shazza

Hey all.

Another farking long day. Ugh.

So, progress as of today.

Old Loom out, new loom is in.
All belts, fuel lines, hoses (except rear heater hose, lib one doesnt fit, and radiator hoses) are done.

Plugged in most of the loom today. Theres a couple of plugs that are wrong, which ill have to take off my old loom at put onto the new one, and the sunroof doesnt have a plug, that i could find.

Needed to be done before its running;

- Radiator + associated hoses.
- New throttle cable
- Bolt missing on aircond bracket, that sits on firewall
- Rest of dash to be put back together.
- Exhaust system made up.

Hopefully have it sorted over the next couple of days.
Will keep progress updated.

Alex - I think the GTB Liberty one should work. I'll invest in an alloy one down the track, but hopefully the standard one will work for now.

Cheers for Aek popping his head in today to see the carnage.

Pics.
