I ended up giving up on my wagon, and then giving up on the second. One got cut in half and sent to the scrap metal place
The other i parted of with the legacy body parts i'd bought and now its sitting in the backyard.
I pondered with the idea of still converting it, but decided against it and to just buy a bugeye STI before the end of the year. I seen this car on wednesday night and pondered with the idea of making it a track car/rally/thrash around car. I figure im better of keeping my RS impreza as a daily, and using this wagon for fun. So after a few txt msgs we agreed on a price, Cheaper to buy this then it was some coilovers i was about to order, so why not! The next day Grant (KNG02L) and myself got a one way train ticket to go pick it up. After the hecktic sydney traffic, boring F3 drive we got the car to my mum's place in Kurri Kurri, Dad's place is already full of cars and boats
Here's some pics of the nugget

The plan for it was to fix up the TT and thrash it, after looking carefully it appears a 14yr kid doing work experience must have made the loom up and theirs a billion hoses and **** and loose wires through the engine bay.
So basically i'll be converting it to single turbo as soon as i can afford it with a FMIC, upgrading to 4pot front/2 pot rear brakes, replacing a farkload of bushes, getting an STI 2.7 quick rack, F&R sway bars, installing some rexy seats, and replacing the NA box when it breaks with a 4.44 rato one. and probably a few other things here and there.
All the work will be done by myself and mates, either in the dads garage or under mum's carpot, or on the side of the road
So it looks like im gonna spend a bit more $$ then i thought i would two days ago. But it's something i've always wanted to do. It's not gonna be fun to do all the work, but it'll be good working with mates and then thrashing it and not worrying about it needing to drive me anywhere
If anyones got any info/links about the TT to T conversion or Usefull advice on parts and shiz please let me know
To start of today i replaced the shifter bushes with spares, an STI short shifter is kindly be donated to the build and will installed in the next few days, i adjusted the cable clutch so now the clutch doesn't slip
Thanks Mark
