Took the plunge and bought them, reason being theyre actually not the blacked out ones but genuine SG9 JDM Kouki versions. Brushed Aluminum so best of both words, not bling bling chrome and not too dark black

$310 shipped from HK. Arrived in 2 days.

Upon inspection, the left light doesn't have the lower brake light socket but the right one does... Seems as though this supposed to be normal rear fog light in Japan... Not sure what I'm going to do there

There should be a rough guide on the back for where the socket should be, maybe cut it out? The top and bottom sockets are different shapes in the locking mechanism, but you can trim with a sharp knife to fit, I had to do that

Opps, lucky I have a spare if I fry mine. But Im starting to think, why bother just press the button before I get out of the car... I still an auto window closer to install, I can put the mirrors on the same system so they will close at the same time. Will just need to press the button to open them when I start the car...

This is as far as i have got with mine
20150819_150645_zpsv2iilslk.jpg

The instructions state that you need to find an acc wire and an earth which is different colours and different locations in the car to the instructions (supposed to be only for 06/07 models)

I have wired it all in but the module doesnt seem to work, the paperwork states there is a battery in the module so im thinking maybe it needs to charge up first? My japanese is nn existant so trouble shoot doesnt help!
