+1 for the above suggestion.
Remove the slave cyl, then try if you can move the fork back & forth with your hand -if so, then the fork isn't attached to the throw out bearing and your up for a big job.
Now if you can't move the fork, re-install the slave cyl, then perform clutch fluid air bleeding.

Not really, when i did KNG02L's box (93 RS liberty) i didn't have the fork on the bearing correctly at first. Managed to move it around and get it in place in a few minutes.

Think about it Logically, the only reason you'll need a new clutch kit is if yours is worn out, or your clutch plate is smashed and broken. Turning off your car and leaving it overnight doesn't wear out the clutch.

Sounds like the clutch fork isn't getting a full stroke, which would be caused by either the slave or master cylinder.

Or your bearing has come of the clutch fork, which is unusual as the clutch fork locks into the bearing.

I'd be starting with the easy things like bleeding your system before i even considered a clutch. new fluid will cost you like $6 and you'll probably have some left over.

You'll be able to get a second hand slave or master cylinder fairly cheap too

It's pretty unlikely the fork would just fall off the throwout bearing, unless the bearing was rooted. Could also be the throwout bearing has come free of the pressure plate for some reason. More than likely that'd require a new pressure plate.

Or the landings that hold the pin (which holds the fork in place) in place have snapped off. That happened to me once, it was not fun. You'd probably get a nice grinding noise when using the clutch with the engine on in that case though.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

ok done huge investigation on it last night tmic off and checked the fork/slave/inspection hole

well the slave cylinder is working fine/the fork is working fine/ the fork is still connected to the bearing and moveing it

cant see any snapped fingers ...................

now im really fckd and honestly cant see any possible reason for my clutch to not dissenguage

is it possible my clutch is just that worn out you cant get it to dissenguage anymore ? if that makes any such sense

i can tell now this is going to be 1 of those head aches of you cant find anything wrong with it then i pull the box out and watch pieces hit the floor and go well thats not good thats why its fcked

sorry guys but this is really starting to get to me i just cant see or understand how my clutch can not be dissenguageing if all the parts are doing there job

if any one has any more idea's feel free to tell me them cuase im all out of knowledge and at the point where the gearbox will be geting thrown with the clutch like a spanner throw. its really frustrating me

the removal is super easy:
undo slave cylinder
undo the starter, behind this on box is a 10mm hex bolt, nudo this, screw in a bolt to the kingpin which is behind it(steal the bolt form IACV)
remove kinpin, lift and twist the fork out of the way.
next step is preference, i MUCH prfeer to remove the motor as it only takes 30-40mins, or remove the box by the usual way(cv's, crossmemeber, shifter etc, etc)
once out, remove clutch from flywheel(6x12mm bolts)
change friction material, or clutch if needed, re-install in reverse.
drink beer, admire boobs, win.
Last step is worth repeating.

yeh, IACV is idle air control valve.

For me the engine is so much easier, on the proviso the turbo bolts arent siezed.

engine loom, fuel lines, 4 bolt main, 2 bolt mounts, pitch mount, fmic pipes, rad, lift out.

Just my way, everyone has there own ways.

Also by removing the box u remove tailshaft, which means oil everywhere

I assume there will be boobs to look at?

I have both. Easily achievable. Train them early that you are a tightass, and they need to earn their keep!
