You have to have a phenomenal amount of hours under your pilot hat to be a senior though. Brettlez will elaborate further, I'm sure.

Plus time away from family etc. A lot more deserving than the guys that get paid $150-200k to push a button for a gate on a mine site, IMO.

edit, actually I don't. Being a "gate operator" wold be boring as! but so stress free! And could GT On Subyclub every day!

Yeah dude, don't get me wrong, I have no issue with that WHATSOEVER! LOL I just never realised they got paid that much. They well deserve it more than a lot of people in a certain organisation I may be involved in that earn that plus some.

BTW, Brett... why do you know stuff about things that go in the sky? LOL

Brett is an aviation expert from way back. But he will tell you that the road to earning a half a buck each year is LOOOOOONNNGGGGG and HAAARRRDDD and there would be **** ALL pilots on that coin. You'd be counting with your fingers 'n toes for top ranking senior passenger airline pilots.
