So...I bought a MacBook Pro last night... First thing I installed... WoW (only game I've got that's Mac compatible lol

When did you clean all of the red dirt out of the interior Nik? :P

Breakfast beer on the plane at 6:30 this morning was awesome. Shame it was shit beer :(


Surprisingly, the dust seems to have formed some sort of protective coating. So when I wipe it down it's awesome.

I will concede there is a bit of dust in unreachable places.

Any idea how to check the CEL light without the car actually starting up? I've plugged the green clips together but I can't get the car started so I cant get the error code?

You should only have to turn the ignition key to 'ON' to get the error code.

Maybe there is no error code.

Yup, I've turned it on and the CHECK ENGINE light just stays on permanently.

I thought it just wasnt registering as when you do have the car in ON, all the lights, light up regardless.

Also, those fans start up and you can hear the circuits clicking on and off from underneath the steering wheel.

It should flash if it's got a CEL code.

Did the CEL come on when you were driving?

Did you plug in the right plugs?
