I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Do you know what the problems is with that brewery. I wake up wondering what will go wrong today. And it isnt a pesamistic attitude. There's actually every chance that something will break, stop working, or just generally Posted Image up.

@nik - Hugh still can't believe we filter lagers that bright with that filter. He only ever bought it to rough filter ales. I was talking to him about it the other night after uni. He simply said its not designed to do what we try to do with it.

I only watched the first 4 minutes or so. It looks impressive. He was very positive about it at the start. Does he change his mind? Or does be continue to love it?

@Brett: Chuck a sickie.

@Filtering: After using the same style filter for wine/liqueur over the years - I also thought it was pretty crazy to push beer through it. I mean, with wine we're doing all sorts of bentonite/isinglass/egg white filtering before even thinking about going through pads. With liqueur is was just a joke and we gave up.
