No no no no no no, Brett. You've got it all wrong. That's a 'shooting brake' - not a wagon.

....really though...

Spied: 2013 Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG Shooting-Brake
The Ultimate Grocery Getter is coming soon!

The 2013 Mercedes CLS Shooting Brake has already teased us quite a few times this year, with production ready prototypes spotted wearing only minimal camouflage. Today our trusty Teamspeed spies bring us some exclusive snaps of he CLS63 AMG Shooting Brake, or shall we say the ultimate grocery getter!

Shown here sporting a more aggressive front fascia, sportier wheels and tires, bigger brakes and quad tip exhaust, this is one aggressive looks wagon! We suspect the new model will feature a 5.5L twin turbo V8, mated to AMG's Speedshift MCT 7-speed transmission.

Stay tuned for more details soon!

Cook off costs money! Still need to get that 4 ingredients book!

Don't have money for 4 ingredients.

Pullin a Rendog.

Train smash is evil.

Saw a truck rolled over on the wrong side of the road yesterday. Could've been so much worse i there was a car involved.

Also re the train, cant just pull it up to a dead stop fast. Metal wheels on a metal track can't be that grippy, also, gotta think of the un restrained train passengers who would get thrown around.

Wheels still haven't arrived!

What's up this weekend people?

I've got some detailing to do this morning. Good for beer money. Then mr AMSlex is coming up to the good side of town to do a bit of homebrewing. Really need to do a recipe I suppose.
Friends( with kids) are all catching up at a park tomorrow, then it's home to watch the F1. WEBBERRRRRRR!!!!!
Also would like to see Danny Ricciardo do well. Being a WA boy and all.

Sig worthy.

They showed the footage of the car on the 6.00 news, uncovered.
The later shots there was a tarp over the car.

I hope the bloke never saw it coming.

@Nik
Post #3207 is still un spoilered.

I thought the design feature of the CLS was to create a 4 door 2+2 that had the visual cues of a coupe.
Making it a wagon is just silly. Not like they don't already have the C63 wagon or the ML63 for sporty grocery getting. To be honest I prefer both of those to this thing.

Sig worthy.

That's not exactly a fair comparison either. I mean the TGV(fr), the Eurostar(uk), and the German one( can't remember it's name, even though I've been on it) are all either intercontinental or international services. Not exactly the same as going from Sydney to Gosford.

Sig worthy.

There's a swift GTi for a grand with 200K on the clock. Looks pretty much stock too. Body is a bit shabby but nothing I can't tart up. Pretty keen to gO look at it. Need another car in the next 4 weeks.

Sig worthy.

Do it. You've said Swift to me for years, so you've consistently liked them!

Unlike me and my underpants changing.

Goes to do service on car.

Wife has moved half a dozen cans of UEC and I can't find them. Anywhere. She doesn't even know where they are.

Can't change oil until UEC is completed.

Damn.

What's up this weekend people?

Beers tonight, godson's christening tomorrow. Boring weekend.

@Adam Be patient, they're on the way. If I get mine before you, then there's a problem.

Why was UEC stored in the kitchen?

@Adam. Why wheels should have appeared te instant I paid for them. Much like my GoPro!

Lol they were on the dinner table which is only 1.5m from the kitchen... I allow her out that far!

They've seriously disappeared though. Our house is small, there's not many places for them to hide!

10-15 days for my Work wheel nuts to arrive. (including lock nuts) Better than the 3 weeks I'd be waiting if I ordered from JustJap I guess. Wheels won't be going on for a while though :( (except test fitting)
