Similar to anything else I might know Brett?

Nah it's like no other hop I've come across. Really strong lemon citrus aroma, with piney/resiny undertones. I think it's perfect for saison/farmhouse ales.

Sig worthy.

@Lukosh: Are you near Gladesville or Erina?

I'm about 15mins from Erina. What's there? Always keen for a good date idea :)

Everything else in your suburb is either Italian or looks a bit... 'casual'.

Yeah, there are two pizza shops that are next door to each other LOL.. they make nice pizza though. there are a few restaurants on the left side of the street (as walking from the station towards the end of the street) that look ok.

Pier 26 is always full

Yeah that was the only other one that stood out.. pretty straight forward menu though, if you're looking for a bit of an experience I'd give that Nosh joint a fly - just going by the menu though, I've got nofucking idea.

Have any of you (Morgan, don't answer) made a time lapse shoot with a camera before?

Only with GoPro Nik. What do you need to know? The camera settings or the putting the time lapse together part?

I don't think the D3100 has it as a setting as such... but apparently if you get a 'digital remote' you can set intervals to create the string of photos? Does that sound correct?

Anyone that has Alisha on their facey, that spot she posted up last night looks towards the sunset... so I thought it would be a cool spot to set up a time lapse.

I'm off to the bakery.

I need me a jimmy Deeeeeeeeeeeee.
