Swap and go is more expensive.. I think it is mid $30 for a 9Kg bottle exchange, servo near my house will refill a 9kg for $14 !! 
I hated decanting gas, did that when I worked at the servo when I first left school... used to have a bunch of them decanting at the same time and trying to do other shit at the same time..was a nightmare at times.

Some *********** threw a nappy out the window on my driveway. Why? I have bins, I even have a baby change station in the female bathroom.
